Leslie's Triple Chocolate Cake

Triple Chocolate Cake

1 pkg chocolate cake mix 1 pkg chocolate instant pudding mix (4 serving size)1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips (12oz size) 1 ¾ cups of milk 2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350

Combine cake mix, pudding, milk, and eggs in large bowl
Mix by hand until well blended (about 2 mins) it will be thick and clumpy but do your best to break up most of the clumps
Pour in chocolate chips and mix then into the batter
Pour into greased and floured 10 inch bundt pan (use cake mix to flour the pan to avoid white flour residue!)
Bake 50-55 minutes or until cake sponges back when lightly touched.
Cool 15 mins in pan, then remove from pan
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar or frost with frosting

Some people I have given this recipe to, make it quadruple chocolate cake by frosting it with chocolate icing…that is too much chocolate for me! The woman I got the recipe from recommended cream cheese frosting. I usually just stick with a vanilla/white frosting of some kind.
