Greek Salad

1 head torn lettuce, and/or spinach or leaf lettuce (I prefer the spinach/leaf mixture but D likes the iceberg)
Salad olives, about 1/2 cup
Sliced roma tomatoes (about 3-4 medium sized)
Jalapenos to taste
Pepperoncini, sliced
Cucumbers, sliced
Red onion, sliced thinly
Feta cheese (I use lots)

Greek dressing:
2 cloves garlic, finely minced or pressed
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 spoonfuls of Greek yogurt
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 cup good quality extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and freshly ground pepper

If you want to use a bought dressing, Walmart has a store brand Meditteranean Feta dressing that's pretty good.
