6 cooked and chopped chicken breasts
4 Tbs. sweet salad cubes
1-2 tsp. salt
1/2 +/- cup mayo (we always used Duke's)
3-4 Tbsp applesauce or 1/2 chopped apple
6 stalks chopped celery
Chill chicken before mixing. Mix well and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
