Ben's Southwestern Chicken Soup

Ingredients:
2 cans each: Cream of Celery, Cream of Chicken, Chicken Stock, Water
1 can Whole kernel Corn (drained)
1 Small can chopped &; peeled Green Chiles
1/4 cup coarsely chopped cilantro
1 small jar Jalapenos
4 Large Chicken Breasts, boiled and cut into bite-sized pieces
8 oz. Sour cream
1 Bag Tortilla Chips
2 Pkg. Thin-sliced Monterey Jack cheese (or use Pepper Jack and omit Jalapenos)
Mix together all except last three ingredients and bring slowly to a simmer. Place crumbled chips and a slice of cheese in each bowl, ladle soup over them and add a large dollop of sour cream. [If some want it less hot, omit the jalapenos in the soup and use as a garnish for only those who want them. ]
