Sausage Balls

3 cups Bisquick
1 lb. Hot sausage (I usually use Jimmy Dean but Bass Farms is best but pricey)
10-12 oz. Cheddar Cheese (I usually use Sharp or Extra Sharp)
Mix well in a bowl, roll into balls and cook on lightly greased cookie sheet for about 15 minutes at 350* or until browned.
