Jess's Corn Dog Muffins
2 cups cornmeal 2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. salt
4 eggs 4 Tbsp. honey
1/2 cup melted butter 2 cups buttermilk
1 package of 8 hot dogs cut into thirds
Mix all 8 cornbread ingredients. Pour into lined muffin cups, place 1/3 hot dog in each and bake for about 12 minutes or until golden brown at 400 degrees. Freezes well.
