Stephen's Snickerdoodle Cookies (Ronald McDonald House "Special")

Our work team made these to donate to Ronald McDonald House and they were a big hit! Thank you, Stephen, for your Aunt being willing to share her recipe! 2 sticks butter 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 2.5 cups flour 1 tsp. salt 2 eggs Mix dry ingredients then add eggs, butter (softened) and bake at 350 for approx. 8-12 minutes. Optional - add in butterscotch or chocolate chips or nuts.
